By accessing this domain or engaging in professional dialogue with FILMATIC, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational Terms & Conditions.
1. Operational Scope
Filmatic operates as a specialized Visual Unit providing high-fidelity prototyping and visual validation services. All deliverables are intended for strategic alignment and pitch purposes.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership: All assets, cinematic sequences, and conceptual frameworks presented on this website remain the exclusive property of Filmatic.
Transfer of Rights: In any commercial engagement, the transfer of usage rights for deliverables occurs only upon receipt of 100% of the agreed compensation. Filmatic retains the right to revoke access to assets if payment terms are violated.
Portfolio Usage: Filmatic reserves the right to display commissioned work in its portfolio unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
3. Visual Validation Disclaimer (AI & Hybrid Workflow)
All projects showcased are Visual Proofs of Concept (PoC). They represent atmospheric and aesthetic intent.
Filmatic does not provide engineering-grade 3D precision (CAD).
Our workflow utilizes a hybrid of synthetic imaging and high-end post-production. Minor variations in geometric consistency are inherent to this technology and are accepted by the client as part of the "Atmospheric Validation" process.
4. Engagement & Payment Terms
Project Activation: A non-refundable 50% upfront deposit is required to reserve the Unit’s capacity and initiate the workflow.
Final Delivery: The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final assets, prior to the removal of watermarks or delivery of high-bitrate files.
Revision Policy: Each engagement includes a maximum of two (2) rounds of atmospheric refinements. Significant changes to the initial brief will be treated as a new scope of work and billed accordingly.
5. Portfolio & Brand
References References to global brands (e.g., Diptyque, Montblanc) within our "Selected Works" are independent Visual Studies created to demonstrate the Unit's technical and aesthetic capabilities. They do not imply a direct commercial endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Filmatic maintains strict confidentiality regarding client briefs and internal agency strategies. Conversely, clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of our proprietary hybrid workflows and technical scripts.
7. Limitation of Liability
Filmatic shall not be held liable for:
The outcome of client pitches or tenders.
Technical delays caused by third-party GPU/rendering infrastructure.
Financial losses arising from the use of conceptual assets in final production environments without further technical validation.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of the Data Controller’s registered location.
